Mailbox Products returns policy

From the minute you place your order with us, we hope you will be 100% happy with your Mailbox Products materials handling solution. However, if you do need to return an item, we will be very happy to help.

14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 14-day money back guarantee. If you wish to return an item/items, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods. Requests made outside this time will be considered at our discretion, and any refund given will be in the form of a credit note to be used against a future order.

Returns procedure

Upon receipt of your email or phone call, our customer service team will contact you to advise you of the next step.

If you are returning the item/s because of a quality issue or because you have received the wrong item/s, returns are free. Otherwise, you will be responsible for arranging returns and for meeting all costs incurred. Goods must be returned within 30 days of contacting our customer service team.

Condition of returns

Items must be returned to us in unused and saleable condition.

Processing refunds

Refunds received in line with the guidelines detailed on this page will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

Exchanges

If you have received the wrong item/s and the fault is ours, we will collect your delivery and arrange redelivery of the correct items as quickly as possible.

If you have made an error in your order and would like to arrange an exchange, our customer service team is here to help. Please note: You will be responsible for any additional postage and administration costs.

Cancellations and amendments prior to delivery

Current orders can be cancelled or amended prior to delivery at no extra charge. Please contact our customer service team who will action this for you.

Exceptions

We are not able to accept the return of made-to-order or personalised products, unless in the event of a quality issue.
